Sprint phases overview

The Digital Problem Sprint consists of four clearly defined phases — each with a specific objective.

1

Define use case

Determine the context of your sprint: product, process, IT, or go-to-market. The use case defines the sprint logic and ensures the right questions are asked.

Duration: approx. 15 minutes

2

Structure the problem

Guided questions capture goals, bottlenecks, impact, and urgency systematically. No free-text chaos — the platform ensures structure and comparability.

Duration: approx. 30 minutes

3

Orchestrate stakeholders

Internal and external experts contribute their perspectives — decentrally, asynchronously, and traceably. Each stakeholder rates problem areas by impact and urgency.

Duration: variable (asynchronous)

4

Prioritize & decide

All evaluations are consolidated: problem clusters emerge, scoring logic becomes visible, and a clear starting recommendation is generated. The result is a prioritized problem map.

Duration: automatic + review
