Getting started for enterprise teams

How to start with the Digital Problem Sprint in your organization.

1. Set up your organization

Create your organization on the Sprintbox platform. An organization provides the framework for all sprints and team members. Choose a descriptive name (e.g., your department or initiative).

2. Invite team and stakeholders

Invite the relevant stakeholders — internal and external. Each participant receives guided access to the sprint and can contribute asynchronously.

3. Create your first sprint

Define the use case: product, process, IT, or go-to-market. Describe the context (goal, bottlenecks, constraints) and choose the sprint format:

  • Workshop: Synchronous with the team in a shared session.
  • Async: Stakeholders work independently at their own pace.
  • Hybrid: Combination of workshop elements and asynchronous work.

4. Run the sprint

Follow the guided flow: problem structuring, stakeholder evaluation, consolidation. The platform guides you through every step — no facilitation experience needed.

5. Use the results

The result is a prioritized problem map with scoring logic and a starting recommendation. Use it for steering committees, budget decisions, or as the foundation for the next project phase.
